Sam took his time explaining everything between the Rav and Venza...and went on a search to find our Venza in a different color than the one they had And he succeeded! We have purchased our last 3 cars from this dealership in the past 2 years. We have also have our 2006 Navion on a Sprinter chassis serviced at this dealership. Ryan has been amazing at troubleshooting some the past 2 years. We have also have our 2006 Navion on a Sprinter chassis serviced at this dealership. Ryan has been amazing at troubleshooting some of the idiosyncrasies associated with an older RV. Rod, and now Sage, provide excellent customer service from relaying information and responding to questions. Usually, the service costs for parts and labor are consistent with our expectations, however, our last bill for an ABS hydraulic controller was at least twice the cost we expected. We are still in shock about the cost of this repair! More
