I've only had nothing but great dealings with the MB Service Department. Sage took good care of me as a customer and Ryan was able to troubleshoot and fix the nagging problem that the other dealership Service Department. Our car was sold to us with rusty brake discs that should not have passed safety inspection. This caused a dangerous problem with the caliper. The dealer”fixed” this but still failed to do a complete inspect not have passed safety inspection. This caused a dangerous problem with the caliper. My first experience at Mercedes was amazing. Rod was my person of contact having my Air Bag replaced. Conducting business with this gentleman was easy going and a pleasure. I decided I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in competent hands and would bring my business to Mercedes from now on. Unfortunately this last trip to Mercedes was not ideal. My person of contact was Sage. I was given a number to text to be in contact with her which I had texted multiple times asking about the progress of my vehicle. I did not receive a message back from her at all. I had also called Mercedes and spoke with Robin and asked to be put in contact with Sage, which I got her voicemail 4 times and had left 3 messages with my name and phone number each time. Not one phone calls did she reply to. 5 days later, my Father, on a Tuesday, drove to Mercedes to speak with Sage about the progress of my vehicle considering I was getting very worried because I was not getting a phone call or message back after leaving 3 messages. Communication goes a long ways. Apparently after 5 days she was having a hard time getting in contact with my extended warranty. If only she would have called me back just one time I could have clearly communicated to her I did not mind paying $700 for the work that needed to be done. When it came down to it the 5th day without my vehicle she called me at 3pm and let me know my extended warrant would not cover the rear speed sensor and they would go ahead and start to put it in and I could pick up my vehicle at 5:30pm that day. They replaced my rear brake sensor and washed my vehicle. As I entered her office, she was walking to her desk speaking with a co-worker about another co-worker, I felt like the 3rd wheel on a bad date waiting for Sage to acknowledge me while they spoke. When she did acknowledge me we spoke briefly, I paid and received my keys. It felt good to leave. Not the kind of review I was expecting to leave but when a paying customer enters my establishment I expect them to be greeted promptly (within reason). I consider returning a phone call one of the easiest tasks I have as a business owner. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication I received with this visit. More
