My 2018 was in the service department for almost two weeks to replace a faulty alternator. There were no courtesy cars available and was not offered a car rental. I went in for my 10,000 service. I was a walk-in without an appointment. The young lady at the service center took the time to find a spot. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
