When I scheduled my appointment I specifically said I needed an oil change on my 2019 tundra.. When I arrived at my appointment I specifically reminded them that I was here for a oil change and my 20000 needed an oil change on my 2019 tundra.. When I arrived at my appointment I specifically reminded them that I was here for a oil change and my 20000 mile service. The young lady behind the counter was confused and was about to do my 25000 mile service until I had to remind her again. All in all that wasn't really that big a deal as you got corrected right away and there was no issues. The issue that I have is at the end of the appointment, his appointment, rather than bringing my truck up to the front of the dealership near the service Bay where I dropped it off at, the young lady takes me out the back door of the service Bay and points me to the back of the service lot and said your truck is out there you can go ahead and grab it from there and hands me my keys and sends me on my way. I had to walk all the way to the back of the parking area where you keep all the other vehicles to find my truck and my truck was parked next to a prius and a delivery van. To make things even better, behind my truck was another tundra is Indra and after wedging myself into my vehicle it took me about 10 minutes of going back-and-forth until I was finally able to leave the parking area. In the future I think it would be much better if your service department would bring the vehicles that just finished their oil change up to the service area instead of making the customer walk all the way in the back. More
