I took my vehicle in for an inspection, knowing there was an issue with my steering. They said everything was good, and everything checked out clean, even after I insisted multiple times there was an issue w an issue with my steering. They said everything was good, and everything checked out clean, even after I insisted multiple times there was an issue with the steering rack & pinion and steering column. To my knowledge they didn’t even take it for a test drive to check the issue. Not even 300 miles later I had a tear in my boot by the inner tie rod, I took it into a trusted mechanic and they said the rack, pinion and full steering column was compromised. They diagnosed this in an hour, and Toyota overlooked EVERY SINGLE warning sign for it. That, or they didn’t even look. Save yourself some time and take it to a real mechanic. More

Trevor went out of his way to fit my car into the day as I without an appointment. He was courteous, and professional. He phoned me to let me know when it would be ready and when I came in Matt waited on me and was also helpful. Brent then came back and finished up my key order and told me what I had to do next to get it reset with my car. I enjoyed the interactions I had with the 3 staff members who helped me quickly, and efficiently. They each treated me in a genuine, friendly, personable and helpful manner. Great staff! More

My truck is serviced every 5k miles from you guys. Brought it in Tuesday 8/17/21 $487 later I bring it home. Next morning I have oil all over my driveway.
