When we picked up our Prius after an oil change and h-vac filter replacement, the car smells bad and a bunch of “malfunction—visit your dealer” warnings are showing in the display that were NOT there before filter replacement, the car smells bad and a bunch of “malfunction—visit your dealer” warnings are showing in the display that were NOT there before taking the car to the dealer. After spending over $300, I expect the condition of the car to be better rather than worse when I pick it up after service. Disappointing first trip to the dealer for this new-to-me car. More

While I have generally had great service here, not the case this time. An oil change and tire rotation turned into a 4 hour wait. The technician was obviously in a hurry and stripped 2 of the lug bolts be case this time. An oil change and tire rotation turned into a 4 hour wait. The technician was obviously in a hurry and stripped 2 of the lug bolts because he used the power wrench instead of making sure the tire was on right and finger tightening lug nuts. Had to order new studs from Subaru and replace the ones that were stripped. The service guy told me this was the third time he had done this! Really???Why would I want to have this guy even touch my car. Bad for me and for your business. More

I took my vehicle in for an inspection, knowing there was an issue with my steering. They said everything was good, and everything checked out clean, even after I insisted multiple times there was an issue w an issue with my steering. They said everything was good, and everything checked out clean, even after I insisted multiple times there was an issue with the steering rack & pinion and steering column. To my knowledge they didn’t even take it for a test drive to check the issue. Not even 300 miles later I had a tear in my boot by the inner tie rod, I took it into a trusted mechanic and they said the rack, pinion and full steering column was compromised. They diagnosed this in an hour, and Toyota overlooked EVERY SINGLE warning sign for it. That, or they didn’t even look. Save yourself some time and take it to a real mechanic. More
