Service advisor John was spectacular. No expected complimentary car wash, VERY disappointed!!! Two stars off because I specifically called the dealership and asked the receptionist that morning be complimentary car wash, VERY disappointed!!! Two stars off because I specifically called the dealership and asked the receptionist that morning before my appt whether cars getting oil changes get car washes (which always had happened in the past), and she said that it is routine and that they all do. So, sadly disappointed to walk back to our still unwashed car, after being reassured. Other dealerships have always done courtesy washes. Oh well. More
