Kai was an excellent salesman up until buying the car but once we were done with the process he changed and never kept his words. The car had an issue even before we bought the car but Kai assured me that he once we were done with the process he changed and never kept his words. So I reached out to him several times, and he said he will give me a call back the next day every time, but he never did. He was being very irresponsible and unprofessional. There were also a few thing he promised to send to me with the license plate, such as key chains and floor mats, but I didn’t get them until I talked to the manager. And the manager told me that he will talk to Kai to give me a call to apologize, which I didn’t get either. I wasted so much time waiting to hear back from him. I have bought Mercedes cars from different Mercedes dealerships around my area and never had this kind of experience. But this dealership was nothing more than disappointment. More
