I had a 20K service. All was well with service rep, service performed. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if the car could be washed/vac'd/mats washed. Weirdly, I was given the boxed cabin filter and told they would install it if necessary. How the heck am I supposed to know when it's needed?? More
