I'm always happy with their regular scheduled oil change services and have been there since 15 Miles when I first bought my 2016 FRS to 90K today. Our last service appointment on the 19th August, we arrived and we’re told somewhat rudely, like it was our mistake that we shouldn’t be here until the 26th. I explained that I told the person setting the appointment that we would be on vacation in Hawaii on the 26th and confirmed the appointment on the 19th. The person I spoke with complained about whoever set the appointment, expressed frustration and was very unprofessional.
