I'm always happy with their regular scheduled oil change services and have been there since 15 Miles when I first bought my 2016 FRS to 90K today. My last oil change they inspect everything and they say that EVERYTHING is in the green, meaning it's in perfect condition and working order. They always suggest... never push on other additional services recommendations and educate me on things that need servicing and give me time to decide when I want to do it and the budget for it. So never pushy about anything. More
Our last service appointment on the 19th August, we arrived and we’re told somewhat rudely, like it was our mistake that we shouldn’t be here until the 26th. I explained that I told the person setting arrived and we’re told somewhat rudely, like it was our mistake that we shouldn’t be here until the 26th. I explained that I told the person setting the appointment that we would be on vacation in Hawaii on the 26th and confirmed the appointment on the 19th. The person I spoke with complained about whoever set the appointment, expressed frustration and was very unprofessional. Well my maintenance required light is still on, after I brought it there for that.. the inspection of the vehicle was poor too. I have a crazy crack on the window and y’all said window health was good???? brought it there for that.. the inspection of the vehicle was poor too. They said they broke my truck for brake inspection yet my light is still on…? Very frustrating. More
Brought my 2020 Tundra TRD Pro in for 20k service. Is was in the bay on time and took 2.5 hours for basically an oil change and quick inspection. They also suckered in a $70+ cabin air filter knowing that I in the bay on time and took 2.5 hours for basically an oil change and quick inspection. They also suckered in a $70+ cabin air filter knowing that I was assuming it was part of the free service. Crazy considering it’s $15 and takes 5 minutes to change. But the best part? Next day I walk out to my drive and there is a puddle of oil under my truck. This is why I hate going to dealer service centers. To his credit, Trevor was great getting someone out to take care of it on a Saturday, an hour away. They sent Maer down to my house to fix the problem. It took him 2+ hours again, but he was very polite and apologetic for the service I got. This guy better get overtime for this! He arrived after 5pm and didn’t leave my house until after 7pm and was a great representative for Toyota! It’s a little frightening though when a simple oil change can’t be done properly by “Toyota Qualified Techs.” This “free service” cost me more than 8 hours between driving an hour each way and how long it took, including the re-do required the next day. Not happy. Luckily, they won’t be changing my oil again. More
