Put down a deposit and it took 10 days of hounding to get a simple invoice to finance through my bank. Fund out a week later they can't get the invoice because they loaned out the very car I put a deposit down on. Then I find it's a demo when told it was new. Once I get to finance I find out its being sold as used and not new, so the warranty won't be the same. Then I am told that I still had to pay full price for my not so brand new car. The paperwork says it has 1100 miles but it has 1200 when I get in it. To end this terrible experience I am told they gave it a complete detail yet the front seat is dirty. I buy 50 vehicles a year and this experience was my second worse. The whole team was dishonest, unresponsive and lacked any sense of customer service Wish I would have bought the pacifica. More
