Thank you for taking the time to inform us about your experience with our dealership. We take your input seriously and are disappointed that we came short of your expectations. If you are truly un-happy with the vehicle, the representation of it, and the experience, we would be happy to undo this transaction and give you your money back. While we agree with you that a couple things could have been better, we do take exception to the idea of any dishonesty. We had made you aware of this vehicle being a Service Loaner before you came up to finalize a purchase. As for the invoice that you were waiting for, we had told you that we were waiting for this Loaner vehicle to return back to us so that we could get the exact miles on the vehicle for you and your Invoice. That was given to you, in order to give to your bank with 1196 miles on the paperwork. There were also many emails to you in regards to the situation in trying to get this vehicle out of a service customer's hands and ready for you to purchase and take possession of. Again, we always try our best to take care of each and every one of our customers to the best of our abilities and we apologize for our shortcomings in your purchase. If there is something that you feel would make this a better purchase experience for you at this point, please let us know.

I stand by my review and assesment. I was left with no choice but to purchase as I had a deadline to supply the vehicle for a client. Once I was aware it was a demo I asked for a discount but was told no. In any other car environment i would have gone somewhere else but i was left with no choice. I will continue to get my review out to every site I can.
