I went in for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and free carwash... I'm guessing the oil change and tire change was done, but I have no way of really knowing... My car had a tiny bit of dried on bird poop on a side window and on my windshield, when I got my car back, the bird poop was still on my car... The rubber strips that cover where a roof rack can be installed, were both pulled up and barely in their tracks... I asked for a second carwash, and five minutes later, my car was returned to me, bird poop still in both places, and water on the inside of my car door and floor... I'm genuinely not impressed, I get they are short staffed, because of the pandemic, but I had high hopes for them to do a good job... More
