I purchased tires and made an installation appointment all online. However, they could not honor the appointment slot. What’s worse, the price was several hundred dollars higher when I got the invoice at all online. However, they could not honor the appointment slot. They also gave me a loaner car to make the appointment work. About the price, they honored the price that I had guaranteed online, but it took the service advisor 20 minutes or so to fix it. So, in the end, everything worked out. However, I expect something much smoother. More
