Haven't been driving much during the pandemic, so really didn't need an oil change. Service rep. was honest about that, didn't try to sell me a service item I didn't need. I purchased tires and made an installation appointment all online. However, they could not honor the appointment slot. What’s worse, the price was several hundred dollars higher when I got the invoice at all online. However, they could not honor the appointment slot. What’s worse, the price was several hundred dollars higher when I got the invoice at the dealer. In the end, they rescheduled me and squeezed me in on their schedule. They also gave me a loaner car to make the appointment work. About the price, they honored the price that I had guaranteed online, but it took the service advisor 20 minutes or so to fix it. So, in the end, everything worked out. However, I expect something much smoother. More
