Service is slow. Communication is poor. The whole experience was not great. They forgot to submit my scheduled appt. Came back a week later to try again and they over booked. And at one point I was told to wait outside for my vehicle to be pulled up and stood in the cold and dark for 10 minutes while they “figured out where it was.” I was offered $20 off my next service, but intend on finding somewhere new.
