I took my car in to get my drive belt replaced. When I took my car home it squealed SO loud. I had to go back in so they could fix their mistake. After I got my car back I immediately noticed that my Blue took my car home it squealed SO loud. I had to go back in so they could fix their mistake. After I got my car back I immediately noticed that my Bluetooth receiver was missing, although I knew I had left it in my glovebox. They asked the technicians and reviewed videotapes but basically said they couldn’t do anything about it and didn’t offer compensation. I definitely will not be using this dealership for my service needs in the future after this, even though I had loved them prior to this. It’s just completely unacceptable. More

I was given an estimate by a third party and it seemed insanely expensive. I called my dealership and they looked and said they didn't even need to replace the part and if I did it was a quarter of the insanely expensive.
