In previous visits, the service has been great, but this time I was disappointed. I asked them to check on a noise under the hood; they determined it was the alternator. I asked if my passenger power window was tied to this issue as it was moving very slow up/down. They said yes. When I picked up my truck, the window issue was not resolved. I also had forgot to ask about the tire warning sensor that continues to flash when engine starts, and stays on permanently. At no point did the Toyota service tech mention or offer a solution. I am disappointed that a dealership that supposedly prides itself in customer service and the safety of its customers would not have gone the extra mile to ensure the window issue was addressed and the tire warning too. In addition I have left two messages with the service rep who checked me in and have yet to hear from him. I know businesses are challenged with labor shortages but attention to detail is important when one is working. I hope this is an anomaly. More

Went in for diagnostic about engine sound and check engine light. After talking with them, turns out that it would be covered under my insurance, and not by the warranty. Long story short, rather than engine light. After talking with them, turns out that it would be covered under my insurance, and not by the warranty. Long story short, rather than paying my $1000 insurance deductible, they told me a way to fix it on my own with my mechanic buddy’s help for basically zero cost. Super nice people and very helpful! I appreciated Daniel Cox very much, but my main concern was not pursued other than eliminating axle problems. Vehicle was not test driven as had been my hope, so the diagnose efforts were pretty short live was not pursued other than eliminating axle problems. But my main reason for coming to the dealer, was that they would have the training, knowledge, and determination to find the problem. More
