I have been given inconsistent information and communication remained a challenge until I was VERY clear about expectations. Post service, items weren’t replaced to their original spot, “wiped down” areas were still streaked/dirty and seats and mirrors were always in the least optimal positions. Given the premium costs, I expect premium service or a discount when there are issues. The rep from my insurance also had concerns about errors in the price calculations they were given and lacking communication. More
