I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership – I have found the work to be incompetent, low integrity and just money based. When their work resulted in further electronics failure they expected me to pay found the work to be incompetent, low integrity and just money based. When their incompetent work resulted in all of the paint coming off of my engine head they didn’t even apologize nor fix it. I met with the long experienced mechanic who worked on my car, the service adviser and the non-talking/passive service manager who only wanted to charge me for further work on my car. No, this is not a mechanic shop I recommend and if you love your car you would feel the same. I have since found an honest and trustworthy shop in Bellingham: the HMC GARAGE. More

Tyler was great, helped me right away with getting my headlamp replaced. I know it’s something I could’ve done myself, but it was great to just pull up to the Toyota service door and have him pop a new o headlamp replaced.
