I can understand your frustration with a recurring problem. This is also a frustration for our team. We do need to experience the concern for two reasons. First, we need to know what it will take to resolve the issue. Secondly, we are required by the manufacturer to verify that concern before a repair is attempted. They will not reimburse us for warranty repairs if we cannot verify that a condition exists that is due to a manufacturers defect. If you could take some time to drive with myself or the service manager and replicate the concern for us, this would help to facilitate a repair. $175+ charge to tell me that the headlights I told them were dim… they told me to try brighter bulbs. No solution unless I paid $1100 for headlamp replacements or $600 for lightbulb replacments. Lame. Co More

I don't want to get the individual in trouble. He was clearly following dealership/company policy, to up-sell the customer. Just being charged $175 'diagnosis' to find out that I would have to spend another $600 or $1100 to find out if either of those more expensive solutions 'might' work... just too much to take! Feel like the they saw me coming.
