$175+ charge to tell me that the headlights I told them were dim… they told me to try brighter bulbs. No solution unless I paid $1100 for headlamp replacements or $600 for lightbulb replacments. Cost $70 for lightbulb replacements at OReillys… and they installed them. Cost me $175 to have you tell me what I already knew. Do not want to bring my car back here again. The service agent was extremely pleasant and helpful, and it was immediately apparent that he is an absolute expert in his field. As such I an actually more likely to make certain improvements than I would normally, as I know they are valuable and beneficial to me, and not just to make more money for the dealership. More
