Was charged $134 for an oil change and tire rotation for my Tacoma! Front fender had scuff marks I rubbed off. Last time I had service my front license plate was caved in. Had an awesome customer experience this morning with Bham Toyota Service and Parts Center. Had a broken antenna and Parts had one in stock! Service Mngr heard my story And said no problem, dr with Bham Toyota Service and Parts Center. Had a broken antenna and Parts had one in stock! Service Mngr heard my story And said no problem, drive into Bay 1 of our Service area. Less than 10min he had the damaged one out and new one installed . And? "No charge " Geez ! Whooah! This is what I call service with A SMILE!!! More
