Good afternoon, I am saddened to see such a low score in regards to the service we provided. I had a chance to review your service records and based on the vehicle being all wheel drive and the tires having nearly 26,000 miles on them the tread difference when putting on just 1 tire would be to much and would cause damage to the differential and transmission of your vehicle. The rear tires measured at 5/32" and fronts tires measured at 6/32" Toyotas safe standard with tread measurements is 2/32" difference between tires is acceptable. A new tire has nearly 10 - 11/32" which would leave a 5/32" difference, that is why the technician is recommending to replace the tires.
