One item with has nothing to do with the employees is the policy regarding the possibility of financing the car purchase. It did not affect us as we had planned to pay all cash. Experian gave us a score which I guess was too low to finance the car purchase should we have wanted to go that route. I guess we are UN American since we do not carry ANY debt, have a house worth 1 million + with no mortgage, have substantial liquid assets, and pay off our credit cards ( I guess too few) balances every moth well in advance of the payment date. More

There was a last minute issue with my pre-approved loan that was the banks fault for not being super clear on terms, and my fault for not checking into the loan more thoroughly, being a first time car buyer from a dealership through a loan. Toyota Marin got me same loan terms with another lender, and I got the car I wanted. Bottom line, they helped me get the car and make the deal happen. Happy camper here !
