What sets them apart is their personable, professional and consistent approach. Once I booked my Toyota Prius Prime (just launched) a few months in advance they were literally on it! I used to get constant updates from Christine Cilento. She is a very amicable person and helped us well in choosing the color and features we wanted. By far my best car buying experience My wife was set on a new Camry, we looked at the local dealerships and they had a good supply, but not the exact one my wife wanted. Decided to look at Toyota of Marin, figuring we would just drive down and pick it up. They had a great inventory, and the exact car my wife wanted. Also saw that they were advertising 100% online purchase. So I decided to give it a shot, application took 5 minutes to fill out, and within the next 5 min I was approved and was told I'd be receiving a call. Christine Cilento called and said "congrats, on the new car, so would you like it delivered?" I thought WHAT?? SURE? Had my new car delivered to my home later that evening! Christine was by far the most professional and courteous salesperson I've dealt with. I've bought at least 12 new vehicles in my life, and this by far is the best experience I've ever had. Even the guy who delivered the car was outstanding! You can guarantee that I will refer Toyota of Marin, as well as Christine, to all of my friends and family. Thank you Toyota of Marin!!! More
