I received a call at 7pm one evening out of the blue weeks later, and it was Ren saying he had the blazing pearl blue vehicle I was looking for. Ren sent me info on a couple of trucks he had in stock that matched what I was asking for; I picked the truck I wanted; he went over the different service contracts and their costs; Ren found me the best interest rate I could get… saving me a few thousand dollars from other pre-approved loans I got; and I had the truck the next day. Ren was very helpful regarding my new Tacoma’s features and uses. He went over everything in detail and I drove away knowing how to operate the various 4X4 settings and the sophisticated electronic/entertainment features that intimidate an old dog like me. There was some difficulties in working out the deal however Roman worked really hard along with the managers to make sure we were able to complete the transaction and leave happily with the vehicle . I can't tell you how happy it made me to see my wife smiling from ear to ear. Roman was extremely professional, friendly and detail oriented also extremely knowledgeable about the process both of the vehicle and the details working out the numbers for us. RAV4 Hybrid Limited...Score! I contacted Toyota Marin in regards to a Certified Pre-Owned Rav4 that they had in their inventory.  When I called in I spoke with Robert Williamson ( I contacted Toyota Marin in regards to a Certified Pre-Owned Rav4 that they had in their inventory.  When I called in I spoke with Robert Williamson (who happens to be the used car director) and he answered my questions in regards to the vehicle.  He had Roman Feygelman assist me.  After speaking to Robert for a little bit and based on the deal he offered us we decided to go with a Brand New Rav4.  This was an awesome experience.  Both Robert and Roman were very friendly and helpful.  Roman explained the vehicle and how everything works.  Upfront price and the one person motto was great.  Would definitely buy my next Toyota here.
