The process was made so easy for us that I am very grateful. I can't imagine there is a dealership within a hundred miles who could touch this one for complete focus on customer experience and satisfaction - we felt very comfortable with all the friendly employees we dealt with, never pressured, and felt like they were genuinely on our side. I also enjoyed, for a change, to work with a woman representative for this process (though all the men were great too) - Lesley was terrific, listening carefully to find out our preferences, and then determinedly pursuing satisfaction for us, not giving up until she succeeded in finding us the model that we were looking for. We would certainly seek her out again in the future! It was frosting on the cake that we also ending up receiving a really great deal on a new Hybrid Camry; I fall more in love with it every day. This time it was a pre-owned Prius Plug-in. Previously it was a new Prius. In both cases she understood what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me relevant options. My time was valued and I appreciate that. I have to drive 50+ miles and pass several other Toyota dealerships to get to Toyota Marin, I feel it's worth the effort to receive the level of service I enjoy there. With my recent purchase being a pre-owned vehicle I met Nick V who made sure all the details were handled and the car was delivered to me in the condition promised. Initially I did a general inquiry Keith called to follow up, so I looked online to see other people's reviews of their experiences (note they are cons Initially I did a general inquiry Keith called to follow up, so I looked online to see other people's reviews of their experiences (note they are consistently outstanding.) spoke to Keith for maybe 15 minutes over the course of a Day or 2 emailed some information then went in to see what he had for me. I got to the dealership to find that Keith and Jay had already worked out 99% of the details I just had to test drive the car to make sure I liked it! Which I did!:) The next morning I went back to sign and give my downpayment, since my income was a bit higher than they thought keith, Jay, and Robert all tried to get me a better interest against all odds... I had never learned/ cared or paid attention to my credit and didn't realized the importance of good credit until recently. Keith genuinely has a passion for taking the opportunity of purchasing a car as setting them up for sincere success and laying it all out giving them the building blocks to improve what ever their situation might be, Jay did everything in his power to implement that plan and modify anything he thought could help. Then came Robert who also definitely uses his power for good, he will get to know you and your situation the whys and why nots that he believes will help him do his job to the best of his ability, you can tell he cares about what he does. Finally Gary, Gary walked me through step by step of my paperwork answered all my questions and even reviewed stuff that I didn't ask about but that are common questions. Very thorough and patient you can tell he likes what he does as well! Even the people I didn't personally encounter but could watch at work while waiting here and there they were all nice, genuine customer service and enjoyed their work! I have referred people to them, I will go back to get my next vehicle from them( when I live in Santa Rosa/ work in Novato so I pass 2 more on my way home! Do not get me wrong I believe in toyota to have great employees at all locations I just felt after reading reviews Keith was best to help me in my situation!) so if you're looking for a car and a wonderful experience I recommend toyota!
