Fantastic customer service! I have been looking for a used car on line and have run into integrity issues constantly. I decided to research used car dealerships and customer sat I have been looking for a used car on line and have run into integrity issues constantly. I decided to research used car dealerships and customer satisfaction. Toyota Marin came up time and time again. I stopped in to examine the inventory and was approached by a gentleman who was knowledgeable and patient. I was traveling with my special needs son who had grown impatient with our long day of looking and AJ Diab our salesman seemed to get it. Not only did he go above and beyond demonstrating all of the bells and whistles of the car I ultimately ended up buying, he also made a point of engaging my son in the process making him feel like the valuable teammate he is. It was his authentic concern for our well-being that brought me back with cash in hand. In addition, Rodger Eva, another fantastic team member of Toyota Marin offered his valuable assistance and helped with all of the minutia as AJ is still a trainee. The competent attention from both of these individuals left me feeling confident in my purchase and well assured that I had found a great deal.
