Helped us understand the reason for their fixed price. (Personally pleased to avoid the negotiating game) I got home, had a question and called Tu. He called back with the answer in 2 minutes! Kathy in the finance department was very pleasant and explained lots of options. Nothing felt like a hard sell but rather “here’s the information for you to choose, or not, for your family”.
