I just graduated from school and I decided to go Mr. Ural from Toyota Marin located in San Rafael, California has helped me out finding a car for me. I just graduated from school and I decided to go to the United States for a year. I came all the way from Switzerland, which is 5831 miles away. I was looking for a reliable car that would last at least for a year. When I checked the website of Toyota Marin Mr. Ural started to chat with me. He has shown genuine interest and he ask me to come over and have a look. I came and we made a test-drive together. The car was far above my budget and I was not convinced. I left, without a car. However, Mr. Ural did not give up on me and kept looking for a car that I might like. He found one and I came again. This time the test-drive turned out successful. I have to admit that I still found the car a little bit too expensive, but I did not have much choice, I really needed a car as soon as possible... However, I decided to buy the car. I asked for a discount, but this was not giving, at least I tried. Mr. Ural told me instead of giving me a discount he would deliver the car with a full tank (at the moment the tank was completely empty). I made the deal. Mr. Ural delivered the car at my place which I really appreciated, the only disappointment for me was that when the car got delivered the tank was only half full and not completely full as agreed. Though, overall the service that Mr. Ural provided did satisfy me. He is very friendly and does his best to make the customer happy! Oh and by the way, I am very proud and happy with my Honda V6. More

Bought Mom a Car I found 8 cars on my search. 2 were in Santa Rosa close to my home in Cotati. The others were from dealers in Marin County. After eliminating the San I found 8 cars on my search. 2 were in Santa Rosa close to my home in Cotati. The others were from dealers in Marin County. After eliminating the Santa Rosa options I went to Marin. I was emailing dealers about my specific choices and Marvin from Toyota Marin responded quickly. I set a vague time to meet and see the cars I selected. Upon my arrival Marvin was unavailable and John Hathway helped me. He showed me the specific cars i was looking for and we took dest drives on both. I explained to him we were buying this car for my mom and there were a lot of moving parts to this deal. I finished with john and visited the other dealers that had cars I was looking for. After terrible reposes and experience at Marin Mazda and Marin Imports I returned to Toyota Marin and started talking about making a deal. This was on Sunday and I worked out the basics of the deal. I told John I would be back Monday with the trade (moms old car) and my Sister in law to finish the deal. Had to trick my mom to get her car. I text John we were running late but finally arrived. John worked on the deal and besides the waiting time for paperwork and normal stuff the process was seamless. I appreciate John and the manager who helped us. I don't have a ton of time in my life, and while yea, it did take time and was a process (as it should be), Christine and staff worked hard to make it pleasant and move it along as best they could (it's a process and it should be).
