Roman handled my transaction and he was really helpful every step of the way, his explanations easy to understand, very knowledgeable, witty and entertaining. Never a dull moment, specially while waiting for the paper works to finish. After-sales customer service was also superb when I needed to bring the car back for some minor check. He makes sure everything is taken cared of and you have nothing to worry about because he is on top of things and assures you he will handle everything for you. And since it was my first car purchase, I was glad Roman handled it because it made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant. Definitely 5 stars! More

Prior to even stepping into the dealership, I was in contact with Keith through text, and he was able to answer my questions and set up and appointment to see the car. At the dealership, I told a gentleman I had an appointment with Keith, and while waiting I was escorted to the vehicle I was interested in, to take a look and take my time to examine the vehicles condition in and out. Upon meeting Keith, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars he purchases and sells as certified pre-owned. He also knows how to be personable with his customers, which made me feel confident in my purchase from him, feeling he had my best interest in mind. Overall, I am thankful for the customer service Keith and Darrell provided through the entire process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Alex advocated on our behalf, and the dealership manager agreed, to have our front bumpr repainted due to some existing paint chipping. The "no haggle" price was just what it sounds like - there was no haggling to be had, but ultimately it was such a good price that haggling wasn't needed. Ren was the finance guy and he was also great! Kept everything simple and quick with a good amount of humor. Lastly, their insurance guy Chris provided a good perspective on policy limits and options that one may have overlooked year after year. When it comes time to buy my next car Toyota Marin will be the first place i look. More
