John Hathaway was the best, most kindhearted, patient salesman I had the pleasure of working with to find my perfect car. John was very patient as I went through my list of questions, checklists, etc. and made me feel completely assured in my decision. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Poor Communication/Bait and Switch After three days of waiting a response on the vehicle I was interested in, someone else calls me on behalf of Kieth staying that the vehicle I wanted After three days of waiting a response on the vehicle I was interested in, someone else calls me on behalf of Kieth staying that the vehicle I wanted was purchased. On top of that, this individual says that the car I wanted gets sold months before they hit the sales floor. The car that was sold prior to hitting their sales floor was on their website and I’m guessing it was to bait customers. Truly wasted my time. More
