I just received the most thoughtful, respectful email from Martin. Martin acknowledged that I was likely being attacked with hungry calls/emails, respected my space and asked if I had any questions. He then said I don’t even have to pick up the phone we could just chat through email if I preferred. This was the first time that I felt like a salesman was considering my space, boundaries and needs. Instead of being focused on selling me the car he focused on my experience and what I would prefer that be like. The salespeople I have interacted with in the past focused on their needs and superficially on mine. I always felt like bait for a shark but when I read Martin’s email for the first time I could breathe. In a few simple sentences Martin let me know he was there if I needed, asked about what works best for me and didn’t hound me. I’m not just buying a car it’s a life experience and now I know someone who gets that too. Thank you Martin! Contact him in the best way that works for you! I will! More
