Terrific Experience Few people would suggest buying a new car would be an enjoyable experience, but having just purchased a new car from Toyota Marin, I would insist the Few people would suggest buying a new car would be an enjoyable experience, but having just purchased a new car from Toyota Marin, I would insist the car buying experience would be terrific, as long as you purchased your new vehicle from Toyota Marin. We just purchased a new Highlander from Toyota Marin and could not have been more pleased with the process or the vehicle. Our team of Nicholas, Colt and Tyler were outstanding. Sales consultant Nicholas Kulberg was superb. We had discussed the terms of our purchase prior to arriving at the dealership. Upon our arrival, Nicholas had all of the paperwork in order. He efficiently confirmed the numbers and completed the remaining paperwork without delay. Then, we worked through the financing with Colt, who explained everything clearly and answered our questions thoughtfully. My elderly mother was with us through the process and when she mentioned she was disappointed to be missing her favorite television program, without missing a beat, Tyler pulled up the show and she was entertained until it was time to leave. The thoughtfulness each employee showed, in spite of the fact they stayed to complete our purchase well after they should have left for the day, was impressive. Most importantly, their professionalism was top notch leaving us happy to recommend Toyota Marin and particularly, Nicholas, Colt and Tyler. More

He was a good listener, well informed, patient and able to problem solve....all without any hustle or hidden agenda. During my car search, I probably visited 20 dealers in around the Bay Area. Most of them were, quite frankly, very unsatisfactory. By contrast, Shah was outstanding - and the only sales person I've ever recommended. Sadly, I was not able to get a Toyota model that worked for me....but I'd recommend Shah without reservation for anyone looking for a new or used Toyota. More
