There is no beating around the bush to make a quick sale, he’s all about what’s going to be the best for the customer. Great service from Tu Nyugen and Cathie Badger Wow- Tu the salesperson is fantastic!! He went the extra mile for us. When I called to inquire about the vehicle and it’s onstar, he looked into it as Wow- Tu the salesperson is fantastic!! He went the extra mile for us. When I called to inquire about the vehicle and it’s onstar, he looked into it as I would expect but then when given an incorrect answer by the onstar people he took it upon himself to call back and speak to a manager that could verify information. Turned out the original onstar person he spoke to was incorrect and the car did have what we needed after all. Thank God for his persistence in looking things up for us!! he then called me back to let me know, I was so happy and surprised so we were there that afternoon!! A lot of sales ppl would have just taken the first answer received and not pursued it further. But Tu wants to please the customer and of course make a sale.And he sure did all of that and I am so glad he did!! Besides going the extra mile he was kind, patient and very easy to talk to- a huge plus for me as typically I don’t like used car salespeople. And then a manager Cathie even went so far as to let us come back a few days later so she could transfer title to my son (we had initially purchased it in my name) so he wouldn’t have to wait until DMV sent title weeks later. Cathie is top notch, she took care of everything for us so it was a smooth transition !! Great customer service from these two standout people. And Tu- that guy is gonna go places in this business; genuine, kind, and gets the answers for the customer without even having to be asked!! Tu's customer service is the way it is supposed to be!! Oh and Cathie even had one of her staff go get the items needed from my car when I returned to transfer title while I sat in the waiting room sipping coffee and relaxing. Her knowledge and congeniality is by far the best mix of professionalism and great customer service I have seen in a long time. Definitely the way it is supposed to be. thank u to both of these wonderful people!! More
