Without a doubt, the most seamless and hassle free experience. It helped that I knew what I was looking for and its Toyota but Shah was outstanding and super positive to help me see what selection th experience. He listened and didn't try to overall hard sell. He was quick to respond to what I was looking for and helped me with the process to the T. That is why it was so seamless. Just a positive nice man who knew how to treat a customer! Really appreciate the help and the positive experience, it is 90% of the time NOT LIKE that at all! More
Hello Marin County community. We are writing this to provide fair warning that Toyota Marin is a fraudulent and deceptive business. My wife brought her car in for service, this was the second visit to provide fair warning that Toyota Marin is a fraudulent and deceptive business. My wife brought her car in for service, this was the second visit to this dealership and the second unprofessional experience. On both occasions, the car obtained body damage caused by the employees of Toyota Marin. As well, on the second visit, we were quoted $5000.00 for the repair of a fan blower motor. The part was quoted at $1000.00 and labor $4000.00. My wife decided that she would investigate the cost of the part and the labor required to repair the motor blower. Upon her research, the part cost is actually $100.00. With this knowledge, my wife decided that she would take apart the existing fan motor to determine if in fact the part needed to be replaced. Upon testing the part, we determined that the part was not in fact defective and only needed to be cleaned. Once we replaced the existing motor and confirmed that it was fully operational, we called Toyota Marin to inquire as to why they quoted $5000.00 to complete this repair. Of course, both Cam (Service Manager) and Erwin (Service Advisor) had no credible explanation for their fraudulent business practices. This organization has no ethics and they have proven this on two separate occasions. Clearly, the ownership of Marin Toyota are unethical business people and their business practices reflect in the actions and practices of their employees. I highly recommend taking your business to San Francisco Toyota. They are professional, honest and ethical people that understand what honesty and credibility mean to their customers. More

Terrible Business... They cheated me out of thousands of dollars! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! Bought a used car that their shop had done extensive work on. A month later and a little over 1,000 dollars! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! Bought a used car that their shop had done extensive work on. A month later and a little over 1,000 miles, the engine literally blew up on the highway with my granddaughter driving and young great grand children inside! Fortunately, they are all O.K., and good Samaritans helped her and the children. HOWEVER, Toyota of Marin said they would NOT stand behind their work nor the car! Nor would they make any allowance for their poor work! AND, to make matters worse, this happened a week after I called them to let them know they had mis-entered the check I paid for the car with - THEY had cheated themselves out of $5,000. BUT UNLIKE THEM, I'm a honest person and brought it to their attention so they would not be cheated out of the money.... BUT they had no problem the following week cheating me out of the entire purchase price. GO ELSEWHERE! DO NOT TRUST THIS TERRIBLE, DISHONEST, DISREPUTABLE BUSINESS! More
Live out of town. Spoke with one mgr on a Wed night. New Mgr on Thurs. Ran credit and bought the car. Calls Friday saying sorry its sold didn't know. Took a hit on credit rept for nothing. If you take pride in your vehicle! Do not purchase from Toyota Marin! No one gives two ... mmm yeah! I was referred to a body shop by them. 10 mile a hr accident.. 6 times my truck had to go back.. the Toyota Marin! No one gives two ... mmm yeah! I was referred to a body shop by them. 10 mile a hr accident.. 6 times my truck had to go back.. the ship is the worst. Half the hardware was put back on, front end loose.. Ac condenser not bolted down, Ac low pressure hose not mounted.. low pressure AC hose blew.. paint / clear built up a 1/8th in n the door edges.. truck had 5000 miles on it when the repairs were done. Dealership had them redo the work.. again!! Same issue shop lied expressing the paint was stripped to bare metal.. I pointed out in the blend it wasn’t.. The dealership was willing to take the truck if the repairs were not satisfactory. Now that manager had left.. no one at Marin Toyota gives two F! After two years of dealing worh issues Paula Mccormick Chip Cooper is the worst She would not take the time to a feudal a phone call not even give me 5 minutes of her time!!! We played phone tag! It was pathetic!!! She wanted to deal with it through email.. didn’t care what the old manger was doing to help me Eric.. best guy ever!! Paula is shirt! Ride!!! And her response is we’re not responsible!! You guts referred me!! I wouldn’t even give them a star!!! No one cares if you have a issue !! No one at this dealership gives a dam about their customers!!! More
