John was great John seemed very knowledgeable and was informative . However, I am not happy that I was sent off in a car with no gas and a missing hubcap. And without having to negotiate, we got an extremely reasonable price - the same price as Toyota Novato - where they ran us through a bunch of old school back and forth hassles about cutting us a great deal. (The first price that Darrell quoted over the phone in about 3 minutes was the same price the Novato Toyota guys quoted is, but only after 45 minutes of hassle.)Equally important is the positive energy and integrity that everyone exudes at Toyota Marin. We bought our first Toyota here 14 years ago and had a great experience and that stuck in our mind. So for our next Toyota, we felt strongly about buying from you again. Darrel gave us great advice about buying versus leasing. And was super patient and helpful about comparing the cost of ownership for each option. And Kyla was a sweetheart. Super good at calming our nerves around some nervousness we had about getting a new car. And when we chose to lease, Josh gave us great advice about leasing insurance options etc. And we loved that he brought in some of his spirituality to his job. Hes allowed to be a whole person at work and that meant a lot to us. Then Arth handed the car to us and gave us a very patient lesson on all the features. Very nice man. We could have gone to other dealers, but we did not. We always have great experience dealing with sales and service people. So why go anywhere else? A few days ago, Keith Ural greeted us with a big smile and showed us several cars. He provided us good advice and never pressured us to rush into a decision. I test drove some cars with him. I went back to ask him questions and he was very kind to answer those questions. I could relax and did research thoroughly before selecting the car that I liked best.
