Lana was great! She was straightforward and asked me exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle! I wanted a luxury hybrid not a prius! And that's what I got! I couldn't be happier! I have a great experience at Toyota Marin. I purchased a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. The car dealer who helped me, Jonathan Miers, was a great help in finding the perfect car for me. My sales person, Marvin Sexton, was my first contact and primarily the reason I purchased the car but everyone I had contact with was OUTSTANDING! I bought my first car and I am glad I came here. Before Toyota Marin, I went to another dealership and they were pushing me to buy a car that I didn't even want. When I got to Toyota Marin, Roman asked me Toyota Marin, I went to another dealership and they were pushing me to buy a car that I didn't even want. When I got to Toyota Marin, Roman asked me what I want and tried to let me figure out what is best for me while giving me precise advice on each car I looked at. Umar was also very helpful explaining about all the deals I was getting with the car. He was really mature and great to work with. More
PHENOMENAL! You name it: Friendly? Check. Transparent and honest? Check, check. Great price? Check! It doesn't get better than this dealership. From step one, these guys treated me with respect, and at no po honest? Check, check. Great price? Check! It doesn't get better than this dealership. From step one, these guys treated me with respect, and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed, pulled, bullied, or manipulated in any way. Keith Ural: Rock solid. He found my truck faster than anyone else, and he worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, even when it looked like I was going to purchase it directly through my credit union instead. Good service from start to finish. Paul Phillips: 100% real. When he talks, it's not scripted or loaded with emotion to get you to lower your guard. He was straight forward and honest, and he made my wife and me feel right at home. David Dennis: Like Paul and Keith, "Double D" was great. It was almost like he was working for me instead of the dealership. When I asked about lowering prices and increasing coverage on things like the extended warranty, the service plan, and so on, he slashed the prices practically in half and sweetened the deal with a longer warranty for half the price, etc. Super friendly, super honest, great person. Overall: As with ANY new car purchase from ANY dealership, make sure you go there armed with knowledge. Know your credit score and the true market value of the vehicle, and shop around for a good loan. My credit union was able to offer me a loan that the dealership simply wasn't able to match, and David in financing didn't try to hustle me into thinking that the dealership's marginally higher APR was somehow better. Certain things are set in stone, like the invoice price of the vehicle, which you should ask to see if it's not offered to you. The dealer can't sell it to you for less than that, but try not to pay too much more, and certainly don't pay MSRP. Other things, like the extended warranty, the maintenance program, GAP insurance, and accessories for your car, are ideas, not products, and the price for those is always negotiable! Also, don't pay for a "Delivery Fee". It's just another way for a dealership to slap on a couple hundred bucks to your loan, but they'll drop it if you make some noise. The squeaky wheel gets the oil, right? Do your homework, read articles online about the buying process, and head to this dealership for a fast, friendly, pain-free car buying experience. More

They advertise one price for a car with services already completed, yet bait-and-switch price with higher price on the same care, plus minor touch up...claiming work to smog was done as it didn't pass smog. completed, yet bait-and-switch price with higher price on the same care, plus minor touch up...claiming work to smog was done as it didn't pass smog. How can you advertise a car on the lot with photos and on your site, including Autotrader.com and Craigslist without passing smog and being safety checked/drivable? False representation takes place coupled with credibility issues amongst employees and Mr. Holt, the Sales Manager. Days before the car's price was increased on their site, yet the same car was being advertised on Craigslist.com as early as August 8, 2013. I'm not sure who can trust this dealership and its current leadership. Normally it's salespeople that are misaligned and leadership comes to the rescue to save face, but this dealership is inverted in the practice of doing business and being reputable. I wish anyone luck wanting to deal with such characters. This is on a used car. More
