The extensive certification for pre-owned cars is impressive! As well as the follow-up services available to all of their customers gave me peace of mind and convenience for upcoming maintenance appointments. A Breath of Fresh Air at Marin Toyota From the moment I contacted Elizabeth Dunn in used car sales I was in for a treat. Although I was buying a used car, she treated me like I was her mos From the moment I contacted Elizabeth Dunn in used car sales I was in for a treat. Although I was buying a used car, she treated me like I was her most important customer. I live 4 hours away so I called the dealership first to see if the car was still available. I got Elizabeth on the phone - no mumbo jumbo. Simple and direct. She knew everything about the car off the top of her head and gave me a detailed overview of the condition. She indicated that the seats had some marks on them and that she'd get the detail shop to work on them. About 20 minutes later I had several pictures in my inbox so I could see for myself. I wrote back that I was a bit disappointed as the stains were darker than I expected. About 2 hours later, she sent another email with photos of the seats after they'd dried. They looked great! Elizabeth not only worked hard to earn my business but took the initiative to follow up after the seats had dried. I was thoroughly impressed! Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, straightforward and a darn hard worker! Prior to calling Elizabeth, I'd dealt with some local dealers looking for a car here in the valley. Most of them played games and danced around when it came to price. I was looking for a specific make and model so I was still calling around to several dealerships when I called Marin Toyota. After I spoke with Elizabeth, I knew I wasn't going anywhere else. The next day, I drove 4 hours to meet Beth. The price was clearly displayed and fairly priced. No games, no hassle. Buying the car was a pleasure. The process was smooth, straightforward, quick and Beth made it fun to boot. Everything was taken care of and done seamlessly to make the process easy.
