I definitely feel like I made the right choice and wasn't pressured into a car I couldn't afford. Also, I love my new Prius!! :-) Also, I love that you guys have snacks there. It is so simple but makes a big impact. This was my first time buying a car and I was completely unprepared for how long it takes with all the paper work, financing, learning out to drive a hybrid, signing stuff, it's a whole process and I was grateful to have something to eat, silly me didn't eat anything that day lol. I had exceptional customer service experience with Terry Allan and Keith Ural and all of the Internet department. They went far and above making me comfortable, making a great deal, and being sensitive, budget-minded and seriously direct without ever condescending, where the financial stuff was concerned. They answered every question. I was there over a period of two days and they made me feel like I had all of the information I needed to lease my cool, new RAV 4. I LOVE THE NEW DESIGN! Both Terry and Keith do, too, and we had a lot of fun teaching me my birthday car and educated me on every feature and concern. In all honesty, I trust them and will return for their business. More
Second experience, still excellent My husband and I leased a Prius 3 years ago and the lease was coming due. I knew I wanted to purchase a Highlander and had an idea of which trim etc. My husband and I leased a Prius 3 years ago and the lease was coming due. I knew I wanted to purchase a Highlander and had an idea of which trim etc. The wear and tear on the Prius showed since we live in the city and things happen. I think Toyota Marin offered us a fair way out of the lease without incurring tons of charges (which were warranted in our case) and a really fair price on a new Highlander. Keith Ural was professional and really great through the whole process. We love our new Highlander, especially the kids! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Keith in particular. A friend and I were driving to San Rafael from out of town and decided to stop and look at a Murano that I saw online. I could not have been more pleased with Wayland. His friendliness from the very start made me feel comfortable. He was very accommodating and I knew that he was going to do everything he could to help me leave with the vehicle I instantly fell in love with. He offered to let us drive it to our next destination so that I could see how it drove and if it was going to be a good fit for me. Although I had to make several trips from Modesto to San Rafael before closing the deal, it was worth the drive and my effort. If I find out that anyone I know is in the market for a used car, I will definitely tell them to take a drive to San Rafael and see Wayland. More

The staff with whom I interacted were patient, straightforward, and professional. Doreen Tan, Direct Sales Manager, was a pleasure to work with. She paitently answered all my questions and made sure to find for me the answers to the questions she didn't have. She did not pressure me to purchase a vehicle, and when I decided to do so, she kept me informed of where I was in the purchase process. The price negotiation was simple and straightforward. I spoke with Jay (last name?) and asked him to match a price from another dealership, which he did without hassle. Casey Lott, Direct Sales Manager, also assisted with answering questions and preparing the vehicle for delivery. Casey was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Cathie Badger, Business Manager, was efficient in explaining the paperwork that I needed to complete, and she patiently answered all my questions. After I realized that I had brought the wrong checkbook, Cathie allowed me to leave with the vehicle to return home to get my other checkbook. I appreciate very much the service that the Toyota Marin staff provided me. They were all professional and respectful. Perhaps one area of improvement would be to shorten somehow the time to complete the entire purchase (test drive, negotiation, paperwork). From the time I entered the dealership to when I left with my vehicle, I had spent about 4 hours at the dealership. However, that may have been an unusually busy time as it was the last day of a manufacturer promotion. More

He worked with me and my husband on getting a good deal for our new Prius C2, advocating on our behalf to get the color, interior, and most especially, the pricing that we wanted! Truth be told, we walked in, on the fence about getting a car, but Ren came, and was very knowledgeable about everything and made a point to ensure that we got all the incentives and the best deal we could get. He wasn't pushy at all, but was very patient and worked with our budget and our needs. If you want great service, without feeling intimidated to make a purchase, see Ren! More
