Our salesperson, Will, was genuinely interested in helping is find the right car, rather than make a quick sale, which was very refreshing. His manager was very low pressure, and seemed to be more concerned with making us feel comfortable about coming back than pushing us into a car. I had exceptional customer service experience with Terry Allan and Keith Ural and all of the Internet department. They went far and above making me comfortable, making a great deal, and being sensitive, budget-minded and seriously direct without ever condescending, where the financial stuff was concerned. They answered every question. I was there over a period of two days and they made me feel like I had all of the information I needed to lease my cool, new RAV 4. I LOVE THE NEW DESIGN! Both Terry and Keith do, too, and we had a lot of fun teaching me my birthday car and educated me on every feature and concern. In all honesty, I trust them and will return for their business. More
