Will Taylor was informative, helpful and respectful of my time. He made sure I felt I was getting a fair price on my new car and made sure I wasn't sitting around all day which happens at a lot of other dealerships. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend it. More

Graet experience at Toyota of Marin I bought a new 2015 Highlander at Toyota of Marin and had a great experience with Mr. Terry Allen, the sales person that I contacted through my intern I bought a new 2015 Highlander at Toyota of Marin and had a great experience with Mr. Terry Allen, the sales person that I contacted through my internet search. He was able to get me the best price of any of the local dealers that were closer in my area. He made several searches for me to try and find a Highlander that met my criteria but was not able to. I ended up ordering one from the U.S.factory in Georgetown Kentucky. Mr. Allen was very patient, never pushy, and kept me informed of the progress of the build date and delivery day as time went on. He also had a great sense of humor, which I enjoyed, along with the professionalism of a seasoned salesman. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends looking for a new or used Toyota. More

Working with a dealer for the first time Toyota Marin is very lucky to have Ren B. working on their staff. I don't think I could have asked for a better sales associate! In the future, I hope Toyota Marin is very lucky to have Ren B. working on their staff. I don't think I could have asked for a better sales associate! In the future, I hope to find someone like Ren to help me through my next purchase. Buying/Leasing is still a very new concept to me, but luckily there are places like Toyota Marin not working on commission, but more importantly for their customers. My experiences, from one Toyota to the next, was incredibly confusing and time consuming. After waiting 3 days for a sales associate to get back to me, whom I still have not heard from, I reached out to Toyota Marin. Ren, Daryl C. (Finance), and possibly others that work behind the scenes, were able to help me find a solution to my payments. It was probably Ren's good luck that led him to find my dream car. That day, I drove the car and decided to purchase. I couldn't believe how simple & easy everything had gone, but then realized I was so caught up in the car that I had overlooked my contract entirely. The next morning I was feeling extremely stressed. I called Ren and put him on speaker with two family members, and asked a series of interrogative questions about the differences in leasing and buying. At the end of the conversation, my family and I felt relieved, and ready to proceed. Ren had been knowledgeable, clear, and confident about the leasing option he had given me. He was also willing to give me what I wanted i.e.: more mileage, to buy, etc., but in the end I believed that Ren's first suggestion to lease was the best choice for me. Thank you, Ren, for your excellent customer service, keeping my needs as a customer first, and having had a optimistic attitude every time we met or spoke over the phone. I had an awesome experience! I worked specifically with Paul Phillips who was genuinely knowledgeable, patient, available (we talked and met several times over several days), and pleasant. He is the best kind of salesman because he is in no way pushy or impatient to close. If he had been, we would have gone elsewhere. He really listened to what we needed. I would recommend working with Paul to anyone out there looking for a new car. I left Toyota Marin with my first new car, an Absolutely Red 2014 Prius C. Go see Paul Phillips. Happy Driving. More
GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I brought my Toyota Highlander in to fix the window and an oil change, and while I waited for my ride I noticed a beautiful brand new 2015 Toyota Coro I brought my Toyota Highlander in to fix the window and an oil change, and while I waited for my ride I noticed a beautiful brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla and went inside to ask the receptionist if I could speak to a dealer. First, a very nice guy named Chip came up and introduced me to the car opened it up and let me sit in it. I fell inlove! Then came Mr. Terry Allan and he was so helpful, I told him that my car was over at Service dept and if he could get me the payment I wanted I would buy the new Corolla and trade in the Highlander. I left to go back to work and within a couple hours I spoke with Mr. Allan again and not only did he thoroughly explain my deal but he got me exactly what I wanted and he was efficient and so sweet! I made an appt to come and pick up my new car and while I was there everyone was so nice and friendly, again Mr. Terry Allan was a delight and I was in and out of there in less than two hours with my brand new car!! I had a great conversation with Mr. Allan and he was an honest and caring man and I would give his business card to everyone I know!! Thank you to Daryl in Finance, Erwin in Service and everyone at Toyota Marin for making my day and getting me my FIRST brand new car!!! More
