I LOVE MY CAR!!! =) It started with a phone call to the dealer ship, to inquire about a vehicle they had listed online. When I called, I got Doreen. I explained to her, I'd been to another dealership but they did not have the car I originally wanted, and they were giving me the run around and I seen that her dealership had one listed. She took the information, said she would look into it and give me a call back. Within 15-20 minutes, she called me back and told me she in fact did have the car but it had a recall. She asked if I was interested in looking at the vehicle and if I could come in and she could possibly locate another one for me. I scheduled an appointment to meet with her. When I arrived, she was ready and waiting for me. She had the vehicle parked in front, as promised and she showed me the vehicle. She offered to locate another one, but unfortunately was unable too. They were the ONLY dealership with the exact car I wanted. She then offered other options. And was able to compare other vehicles for me as well. We were able to locate another vehicle and have it delivered. Doreen was very honest and helpful from the very beginning. She was also able to work with my and within my budget. I am in love with my new car and I'm thankful for Doreen and her services. More

When they say it's a "no-hassle" environment, they mean it. I was surprised at how chill and relaxed it was. The last thing you need is an uptight sales environment when you are going to make a big purchase. Wayland was probably one of the best car salesmen I've come across. He's very personable, straight forward and honest. He made me feel comfortable, had an in-depth knowledge of the car I was buying and made my all around experience a great one. Brooke, my initial contact with the dealership was extremely helpful and fit me in with my end of the evening request to see the vehicle I was looking to buy. Lana, the lovely lady who did my paperwork, was very down to earth and provided excellence customer service. The Toyota Corolla I just purchased is my first car in over 7 years. Toyota of Marin made my whole car buying experience (less than 2 hours including my test drive) an exceptional one. I strongly recommend giving the used car sales department at Toyota of Marin a try for your next car buying experience. I'd also suggest asking for Wayland. He has a good spirit that resonates through the car buying experience. Yeah, it sounds like rubbish but it's totally true. Thanks Toyota of Marin! Now I'm off to cruise the town in my new/used whip! He heard what I wanted and why, and then was sensitive to those needs when I was looking at options and accessories. He was able to find the exact car I was looking for a fair price. Since it wasn't on the lot that day, he delivered it to me on his day off. Now that is service! At the dealership, he gave me space to think through what was best for me. But stayed with me per my request, when I was meeting with finance. Since my purchase, he has followed up with promises he made at the time of the purchase. The finance guy talked a little too fast since my head was still reeling after making such a huge decision. But that would be the only negative feedback I would give regarding my transaction. I rated price only 4 stars, not for any fault of the dealership (the price was in the ballpark of all dealerships), but that cars cost way more than they should. It was worth the trip to Marin to go to this dealership and work with Ren. More
