I have since found out the full names of two people who, in addition to my salesman Ren Lange, made my experience very rewarding. Robert Briones, Financial Manager, was not only professional, but warmly so. And Bryon Houghton, Sales Manager, was fantastic, very sincere about wanting me to leave a happy new (pre-owned) Toyota owner. I feel very grateful to all three of them. (And I did try another North Bay Toyota dealer first, and there was absolutely no comparison...) A million thanks!!!
