I contacted Ainsworth by email, and he was able to meet my expected trade in value, and get me the price on the 4Runner I wanted to drive it off the lot the same day. A 60 mile drive later, I was in and out of the dealer within an hour, and treated with respect and great customer service while I was in the dealer. I expect to take the 60 mile drive just to continue doing my services with the dealer because of the great experience. In addition, I will be sending friends and family over to these guys for all their Toyota needs. I'm by no means a brand loyalty guy, but the experience was so good, I just see no point in going anywhere else. More

We had a number of different cars that we were looking at all at different locations, Max was very open to letting us drive different options and take our time with making our decision, this is something I very much appreciate as I find buying a used car to be laborious enough. We were able to drive a number of different cars during our time with Max, we ended up with the Prius c, but were concerned about a scratch on the front driver side bumper. We brought it up and a reasonable solution that aligned our concerns with the dealers willingness to fix the issue was easily agreed upon leading to our final decision. Once we had settled on a car, Max made it very easy for us to move straight into the buying process which was accommodating as well, we ended up financing the car through our ala matter university bank in another state and Lana in the finance department helped make that go smoothly. We have yet to take the car into the body shop but received a call this morning to setup an appt. Overall this was a smooth and easy process, buying a Toyota certified car has given us piece of mind and we are happily saving money on gas and proudly helping to limit our environmental impact with our new hippy cred. More

He helped convince me to come see them over another dealership even though they were My sales person (Max Sheikh) was very attentive and responsive. All of the team including sales, finance, trade-in and the manager were friendly. They let us spend time making our decision without pressure which ultimately making us feel we bought the car vs. that we were sold the car.
