Toyota sienna purchase Update (1/9/2015) This was suppose to be a hassel free car buying experience. However, issues came up after the vehicle was purchased. There was an Update (1/9/2015) This was suppose to be a hassel free car buying experience. However, issues came up after the vehicle was purchased. There was an issue with the new vehicle after 10 days. The vehicle would not start. When I called the dealership, instead of the service department telling me to "bring the vehicle to them," they simply gave me a number to call which ended up being a road side assistance company. I called the service department again after the road side assistance fixed the issue. This time, a different person answered and the service department told me that the Toyota road side assistance was not supposed to replace the faulty part. As a customer stuck in the middle of this, the overall experience was very stressful. Hence, the overall experience was decreased to fair, regardless of great initial customer service and friendliness of the dealership at the time of purchase. And still no ETA on the missing accessories to the vehicle. Update (1/8/2015) I had to follow up 10 days after purchasing the vehicle to check on the status of couple items that were missing from the vehicle. During the call, I also found out that there was another item that was suppose to come with the vehicle as well, which another sales personnel had pointed out. I mentioned earlier that this was a hassel free experience. However, it is becoming a hassel to constantly check on the status of the parts that were suppose come with the vehicle. Attention to small detail may be lack at times when busy. 1/1/2015 It was a hassel free experience. The sales rep assisted in lowering the price of the vehicle. She was prompt to report to my inquiries and following up on the missing items. She was honest about featured etc she didn't know and always followed up with her peers or manager. More

Called Toyota Marin Used Cars to schedule an appointment ahead of time, and car was washed and ready for the test drive when we got Wayland was great. I was very specific about the options that I wanted on the Prius, and I didn't fell pushed to accept anything else. Wayland made sure that all of our questions were answered, and that we were comfortable with the buying experience. I really appreciated their upfront, no haggle buying process. Everything is disclosed; no hassles. Lana in Finance is extremely competent, and got us through all the paperwork very quickly too! Thank you! More
