Great Service Again and Again I purchase and leased two prior vehicles from Toyota Marin. This time around I called initially but they did not have the specific year and model I w I purchase and leased two prior vehicles from Toyota Marin. This time around I called initially but they did not have the specific year and model I was searching for exactly. So I went to three other Toyota dealers that did have something close. My first request to those sales persons was "Please don't put me through the routine. I know what I'm looking for. " Needless to say I walked out of a couple of them because they "put me through the (sales) routine". Three days later I got a call from Justin telling me the car I wanted had just come in. I drove over on a Sunday night and Will and Justin showed me the car and I purchased it on the spot. No sales pitch, just meeting my needs. The rest of the staff that I dealt with were just as great. I know from experience it's difficult to maintain this company culture and recruit great staff but somehow this organization seems to do it. What can I say? If you need a car go see Justin and Will. I have been a Customer Service Consultant for several financial and high tech corporations. Tyler naturally exemplifies the highest qualities of customer care. He had great patience with me and my wife during several visits to Toyota Marin. We weren't clear on which car we really wanted and test drove several. He was very alert to all of our comments in ongoing discussions and eventually directed us to the perfect car of us at this time...a car which hadn't even been on our list of possibilities. All of this took place within a relaxed and trustworthy environment held in place by Tyler Toler and supported by the high toned employees of Toyota Marin.
