Paul greeted my mom and me with a big smile before we even got into the showroom. He had a no bs attitude, but in a friendly way, not typical for a car salesman. He was confident without being cocky and shared with us everything he knew about the RAV4. He even offered to help my mom learn to fully utilize the features on her Prius that she bought at a different dealer. Paul was thorough and hardworking. We also initially heard from Keith, who after the sale was made, came over to insure everything went over well and that we had all of our questions answered. Overall, everyone I came across, minus the lady by the snack station, was very friendly. More

Sold a car out from under us......... I was working with Mani, who is a very nice and helpful salesman. We had been talking all day and he was getting me all the paperwork that I asked for I was working with Mani, who is a very nice and helpful salesman. I set up an appointment to come and view (and buy) the vehicle for the following day, since we were coming from almost 2 hours away. We asked if they could hold the car for us but were told they do not do that. The Manager, Tom, called me himself that same evening asking if we needed directions and even said "see you tomorrow". Then in the morning when I called Mani to confirm that time of our arrival, he apologized and said they sold the car the night before! I spoke with the manager Tom, who assured me that they are a "transparent and reputable company" and even went as far as to tell me "when we know someone is coming, we usually pull the car off the lot"..... to which my response was "then why didn't you when you KNEW we were coming?". I wouldn't advise purchasing a car here unless you are in the area or are prepared to drop everything at a moments notice if you find a car you like since they will not hold ANYTHING, nor notify you that they are getting ready to sell it to someone else. Talk about poor service............. More

Keith Ural and Jay Brownrigg helped me with questions regarding the vehicle I was looking for. They didn't have the vehicle color combo in stock and they worked quickly to get the vehicle I wanted. All associates were extremely friendly. Jay and Keith gave me a great price on my trade in and gave me a good price on the new car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. This was the easiest car buying experience I've had. More

Square Dealer I knew EXACTLY what car and what options I was looking for . . It should have been way easy -what with some 16 Toyota dealerships within a couple of I knew EXACTLY what car and what options I was looking for . . It should have been way easy -what with some 16 Toyota dealerships within a couple of hours of home. Instead dealer after dealer told me that they had the car on the lot and to come on in. Then, not even embarrassed , they tried to sell me a differently optioned vehicle that they DID have on hand. My friend from work said she had bought a Camry from Toyota of Marin and then changed her mind when she got it home and they bought it back! My daughter said that she had a good experience also, buying her Prius from Toyota of Marin so, I checked in with them. Toyota of Marin (AMAZING!) told me that they did not have the exact car but asked me to give them a day or two and they would get it. Meanwhile the Direct Sales folk gave me a detailed rundown of the terms they could do. Though these numbers were a bit higher than those "offered by the bait'n'switch-artists that I had dealt with before, I decided to go with them and they stuck to their original numbers when they (two days later) got me the car that I was looking for. They also told me exactly what info they needed IN ADVANCE so when I went in the deal was done -we drove the car out of there in record time. More
