My wife and I were looking for a new 4Runner limited and checked with multiple dealership First off I would like to say Christine Cilento was amazing. My wife and I were looking for a new 4Runner limited and checked with multiple dealerships for the one we wanted. Most other dealerships I talked to had a lack of customer service and didn't care to much to help me find what I needed. One dealership even said "oh your not going to find that specific 4Runner nobody has them right now" then he tried to push me into buying what they had on their lot. After telling Christine from Toyota of Marin what I was looking for she called me back a couple days later and said we have exactly what your looking for. Christine had great customer service and really cared about our purchase and wanted to make everything go as smooth as possible. She always kept us updated on when the car should arrive and had us full out most of the paperwork from home so it would be in and out at the dealership the day our car arrived. I meet a lot of people all the time and it is really hard to find someone like Christine who really cares about her customers and has amazing customer service. I would defenetaly buy my next car from Christine Cilento at Toyota of Marin. Amazing experience! More
