Two days only because we changed our minds with the first car we selected. Wayland's approach was exceptional. He was friendly but direct. He explained the dealership' s policy of no haggling/no pressure; thus the car's price was set at a reasonable price (at or below market value). This freed up the sales interaction to be friendly, free of pressure and in Wayland's case, genuine and authentic. He shared a very solid background/understanding of cars- especially Toyotas, Subarus, Mazdas. He expressed a friendly interest in my husband and myself in the spirit of connection. He made it comfortable to make a selection on a vehicle. And then Amad, the finance person, disclosed some problems in the design of the engine in the car we selected. We did finish the transaction but went home and discussed the problem with our mechanic. He advised strongly to not purchase that vehicle. (We were immensely grateful that Amad had made this disclosure). Because this dealership allowed a change, we decided to rescind the purchase agreement. When we notified Wayland of our decision to change our minds, he received this with kindness and not the slightest amount of irritation. After offering an alternate vehicle, we then arranged to come back the following day to test drive. We then purchased that vehicle and completed the whole transaction- all communication, viewing, test drive, and finance- went smoothly. It was an overall really great experience- not what we would expect for working with a dealership! Thanks so much! More

The sales agent, Christine Cilento was excellent, answering all of our questions and spending a considerable amount of time explaining features of the new, and very beautiful, Avalon. The Avalon needed to have the display replaced. The service provided by the service department was excellent. Everyone was courteous and the display was replaced quickly and properly.
